Esro Kids provides early childhood education and care services, including but not limited to:

3. Admission Policy

- Falsification of any information during the admission process may lead to direct cancellation of enrollment.

4. Fees & Refund Policy
Timely payment of tuition and other fees is essential for the continued provision of services.
- Fees must be paid on or before the due date specified in the fee schedule.
- Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In case of withdrawal, refund policies applicable at the specific branch will apply. Please check with your center head for details.
5. Health & Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe environment for all little astronauts:
- Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions or allergies.
- Sick children should not be sent to school to prevent the spread of infection.
- Respectful communication with staff, teachers, and other parents is expected at all times.
6. Live Camera View Access Policy
To ensure the privacy and safety of all children, strict guidelines govern the use of our live streaming service:
- Personal Use Only: Access credentials are strictly for the parents/guardians of enrolled children. Sharing login details with friends, relatives, or unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
- No Recording: Recording, screen-capturing, or downloading the live stream video feed is forbidden.
- No Distribution: Broadcasting the feed on social media or any public platform is a violation of privacy laws and school policy.
- Consequences of Misuse: Any violation of these policies will result in immediate termination of camera access and may lead to expulsion of the ward from the institution.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the "Esro Kids" brand, logo, curriculum materials, and design elements, are the intellectual property of Esro Kids and are protected by Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care to ensure safety:
- Esro Kids shall not be liable for any unforeseen accidents or injuries that occur despite our best safety protocols, beyond the scope of general negligence.
- We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged on school premises.
